Thanks for your interest in our report, Navigating with the STARs: Reimagining Equitable Pathways to Mobility. 

This research builds on our previous work, demonstrating that millions of STARs have the skills today to transition to higher-wage work. This report highlights three findings:

• Few STARs are achieving upward mobility despite having the skills for higher-wage work. 
• Some STARs achieve mobility through a number of promising pathways.
• Black, Hispanic, and Women STARs are underrepresented on the pathways that offer mobility.
