Bethany Kellett

A STAR herself, Bethany Kellett joins the Opportunity@Work team as the Director of Customer Success. She is responsible for developing and leading the Customer Success team, championing for customers through their Opportunity@Work journey, and ensuring they receive platinum level service.

Most recently, Bethany was the VP of Customer Success at INFOCU5, where she established and successfully grew the Customer Success and Onboarding Teams, supporting customers in both a two-sided marketplace and software. Bethany brings ten years of customer success experience, and truly believes in customer-centric culture. In her downtime, Bethany enjoys hiking with her three dogs, reading, and visiting new places along the East Coast.
