Senior Manager, Product
Crystal Zilliox is a passionate Senior Product Manager dedicated to building products that make a difference. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, she gained valuable business acumen in IT, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Operations allowing her to build products holistically that not only delight customers, but can be supported efficiently by internal teams. Since 2013, Crystal has worked in the Talent Sourcing space beginning as a full desk Technical Recruiter then working her way into Product. In her most recent roles, she led the build of 2 Talent Marketplaces focused on underserved job seekers, the candidate facing services and portal for Indeed Prime and the customer facing SaaS application for ThisWay Global. As the newest Product Team member for Opportunity@Work, Crystal is excited to help make a difference for STARs job seekers.
