Gina has a wealth of experience related to both qualitative and quantitative research methodology. Her research agenda has primarily focused on responding to the needs of historically disadvantaged communities with a focus on improving economic opportunity, reducing poverty and overall well-being.
Prior to joining Opportunity@Work, Gina served as the Senior Director of Research and Strategy at The Mission Continues, a veteran service organization. In this role,
Gina led the organization’s research and evaluation team which guided the development, implementation and evaluation of programs, events and other special initiatives.
Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Gina now resides in Chicago where she loves exploring neighborhoods, restaurants, and regular travel abroad.
