Sr. Manager, Workforce Partners
Nicole is passionate about workforce development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Based in Dallas, TX, Nicole has worked in the non-profit sector for over seven years.
Nicole joins Opportunity@Work after nearly three years at Generation USA, an organization that trains, places, and prepares individuals for life-changing careers. She helped launch Generation’s first IT training program in Dallas. In 2020, Nicole joined Generation’s national business development team where she cultivated relationships with employers to connect Generation graduates to careers.
Prior to that role, Nicole served as a Program Manager at Equal Heart, a non-profit organization focused on addressing food security for children and families. She led their AmeriCorps program in Texas. She also previously served as a college advisor at Title I high schools in Dallas.
Nicole serves on the Regional Board of Directors for the North Texas chapter of the Duke Alumni Association where is co-chair of the Diversity Committee. She also volunteers as a mentor to young adults at Paul Quinn College – a Historically Black College in Dallas. In her free time, she enjoys going to fitness classes and exploring vegetarian-friendly restaurants.
