Rebecca is Senior Manager, Planning and Operations for Opportunity@Work, leading strategic initiatives and organizational planning. She facilitates cross-functional and collaborative business process design, as well as change management efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining Opportunity@Work, Rebecca’s background has spanned public administration, healthcare, and community-focused sectors, where she has enhanced operations through business improvement projects and collaborative leadership. She enjoys planning and managing strategic goals to increase organizational effectiveness and ensure sustainable change.
Rebecca resides in her native city of San Antonio, Texas. Outside of work, she can most often be found in the park with her dogs, tending to her garden, or tackling another craft project.
