Chief Financial Officer
Yinne Tse officially joins Opportunity at Work as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Opportunity at Work, Yinnie held the position of Chief Operating and Finance Officer at Stronger Consulting. Stronger Consulting is committed to building diverse talent pipelines and providing consulting services to organizations that prioritize offering equitable opportunities to underserved children and families.
With nearly 25 years of experience, Yinnie has excelled in managing finances and enhancing organizational effectiveness. She has contributed her expertise to various organizations including the Washington Latin Public Charter School, the District of Columbia Public School, and the Brookings Institution. Additionally, Yinnie is the founder of Tse Advisory, where she has provided strategic, operational, and financial consulting support to non-profits and EdTech start-ups. She also serves as a board member of the Social Justice School in Washington, DC.
Yinnie holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from Wellesley College.
