Papia Debroy

Papia Debroy is Chief Impact Officer at Opportunity@Work, a nonprofit organization sparking a national movement for the 70+ million U.S. workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs), rather than a bachelor’s degree. As Chief Impact Officer, Debroy oversees Opportunity@Work's research, data analytics, product, platform partnerships, and employer networks.

Prior to joining Opportunity@Work, Debroy served as a Research Director at CEB, now Gartner, a member-based advisory organization serving more than 80% of the Fortune 1000. In this role, she led a research and product portfolio to support large, complex organizations on their workforce practices.
