In just nine years, Opportunity@Work has catalyzed a nationwide movement, connecting STARs to quality jobs and proving the power of skills-first hiring across sectors. With initiatives like the Tear the Paper Ceiling campaign and the STARs Public Sector Hub, we’ve laid the foundation for systemic change.

Where We're Going:

With your investment, we will scale our proven solutions to embed STARs-aligned practices across industries, transform regional economies, and create lasting impact in education, policy, and hiring systems. What We Aim to Achieve

Over the next decade, Opportunity@Work aims to enable at least 1 million STARs in the U.S. to experience upward mobility by translating their learning into earning and opening up more than 10M jobs for STARs - generating more than $100B boost in their earnings.
