Director of Product
Alicia has spent the last 6 years at ACT, primarily as a product professional managing a portfolio of education and workforce products. While there, she was responsible for developing and leading ACT’s integrated product-market messaging, product launch/sunset activities, and developing product positioning documents based on both product and market expertise that served as foundations for branding, creative, web/digital/mobile/SEO/video, PR, and events that differentiate ACT’s products from others in the market.
She developed positioning, pricing, packaging and differentiation for solutions in the ACT portfolio that reflected an understanding of the market and product suite. She did so by working cross-functionally with other Product Managers and Sr. Directors in preparing multimedia presentations for customers, channel partners, policy makers, national and regional conferences, and Board of Directors, particularly around market definition, pricing, SWOT analysis, business model canvases, and menus of services. Prior to working in product management, she worked in customer success where she developed a commitment to a world class customer experience by earning the customer’s trust and delivering solutions to meet their most pressing needs.
