Executive Assistant
Casey Carper is the new Team Assistant at Opportunity@Work. She has over six years of high-level administrative, communications, and fundraising experience from various organizations in the Dayton, Ohio and Washington, DC regions.
Prior to joining Opportunity@Work, Casey spent over two years as the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Department of Art and Design at the University of Dayton, where she provided administrative support for the Department Chair and all full and part-time Art & Design faculty members. She acted as the department’s human resources liaison, assisted with budget planning and management, executed all internal communications, and processed all purchase orders and purchase requests. Casey has previously worked for the Urban Institute as the Development Coordinator, the Center for American Progress as the Special Assistant, Development Team, and the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio as the Fund Development Specialist. Casey graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio with a B.A. in Communication Studies.
In her spare time, Casey enjoys a good workout, trying new food recipes, and exploring new restaurants. She currently resides in Cape Coral, Florida.
