Release Train Engineer
Kathy joins Opportunity At Work as the Senior Scrum Master. She is responsible for helping the organization learn new delivery methods and ensuring technical delivery is met. Kathy loves working with individuals in tech settings to get them to gel as a working team. She excels at getting teams to identify root cause impediments and helping organizations remove those those impediments so that teams can deliver.
Her background includes project work as both a business partner and a technical leader in all delivery models from waterfall to kanban with a strong focus on leading through change related to continuous delivery models. She has worked for larger corporations in the US and has consulted in the UK as well.
Kathy has CSM, CSPO, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC designations and is also a Scrum at Scale certified practitioner. She loves to stay abreast of technical trends and new work methods so she can help her teams experiment with those methods and become even stronger.
During her downtime she loves to go “glamping” as she travels the USA with her family.
