Senior Associate
Margaux Thibaut is the Team Assistant for Opportunity Marketplace. She assists the team in managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and supporting cross-functional projects.
Prior to joining Opportunity@Work, Margaux was the Personal/Administrative Assistant to the CEO of Getaround, where she provided administrative support, managed schedules and travel, and acted as a communication liaison. She graduated from Mission High, a San Francisco public school that fosters community engagement, where she pursued ethnic studies. She is currently a student at San Francisco State University and will graduate in December 2020 with her BA in communication and a certificate in conflict resolution.
Margaux is passionate about facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion by expanding career opportunities for young adults who are new to the labor force. She is also interested in how communication and conflict resolution can be used within the workforce to improve employee relations and increase employee satisfaction.

In her free time, she enjoys weekend adventures with her significant other and two dogs, completing challenging workouts, learning new languages, and hosting brunch parties.
