Mike is responsible for creating a values-driven culture and delivering a world-class employee experience at Opportunity@Work. Additionally, he drives operational efficiencies on both a micro and macro level to ensure the highest levels of performance. A certified HR professional, Mike manages all talent and HR related matters.In addition to being a steward of talent and culture across a geographically dispersed company, Mike brings an inclusion lens to the work as we grow an inclusive and diverse organization.
Mike has worked in the private sector for several companies including Dell, Apple, and Town Sports International. Most recently, he worked as Senior Vice President of People at Solidcore and consulted for multiple startups in the Mid Atlantic. Mike’s HR expertise is around recruiting methodologies, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement and retention, performance management, and dispute resolution. He excels at designing both training and tactical plans to implement company-wide changes and to optimize performance.
